Big Shell Beach Cleanup

This is the world’s largest single day beach cleanup and we need your help! There is no registration or sign up for this event. Please meet at the Malaquite Visitor’s Center at the Padre Island National Seashore no later than 8 AM. Those without 4×4 vehicles will be given rides to the work area. T-shirts will be given away while supplies last and lunch will be provided at the conclusion of the event.

Join us for a day of educational family fun as we celebrate Padre Island and all of the things that make it great! There will lots of great opportunities to learn about Padre Island and what makes is special. We will also have live music, local vendors, and food trucks.
